We hope you enjoy Cloud USA.  It's truly a labor of love.  If you have any comments or suggestions for us, please send us an e-mail at, or leave us a comment on our Contact Us page.
Rain's fans are called "Clouds."  This name came from the idea that wherever "Clouds" gather, "Rain" soon follows.
"The Cloud" is Rain's "official" fan club.  The Cloud's official fan cafe is on HERE.  Registration to participate in the fan cafe is FREE.  Instructions on how to sign up on Naver can be found on our Media Blog HERE.

Naver is a Korean Internet portal, so most of the cafe's content is written in Hangul, but there are areas set up for international fans, including English-speakers (like us).  Important Rain notices, announcements, and official fan club news are also posted in the fan cafe and are translated into multiple languages, including English, by some of Rain's kind multilingual fans. (Please thank them often.)
Until you become an official member of The Cloud, some of the areas in the fan cafe will be limited or closed to you. However, most of the discussion boards, including "English Talk," are accessible to non-members, as long as you are registered on Naver as a participant on the fan cafe.

Regardless of whether or not you want to sign up as an official member of The Cloud, please do sign up for Naver and join us in the fan cafe, so you'll be able to keep up with all of the club's public announcements and be able to post supportive messages for Rain and other Clouds.

The Cloud fan club and Rain would greatly appreciate your active participation and support there.
About Rain's Official Fan Cafe on Naver
"The Cloud," Rain's "official" fan club, is located in Seoul, Korea.  Official fan club communications related to officially sponsored activities can be found in Rain's official fan cafe on Naver (see above).
Membership in the official fan club is also free, but applications to join are restricted to periodic membership drives, which occur every year or so.  The last membership drive (for Cloud 10) was 8/22/17 through 10/30/17.  If you missed it, don't worry, another one will roll around eventually.  You can find out more about how to join both the fan cafe on Naver and Rain's official fan club (The Cloud) on our Media Blog at the links below:

Cloud USA strongly encourages everyone who is a true Rain fan to join his official fan club, if possible.  The official fan club is one of the best ways to support Rain in all of his endeavors and to ensure you're counted as one of his "official" fans, a number that is incredibly important in the entertainment industry.

The official fan club will occasionally sponsor fundraising campaigns to budget for various projects, such as providing Rain with event or film set support, specialized gifts/equipment, and to contribute to charitable organizations in his name.  Some of the special projects funded to date have included:
  • refreshment/meal support for Rain and company during filming (multiple projects and the most common)
  • special microphones and replacement of custom ear monitors for performances
  • charitable donations (i.e., Good Neighbors, International & UNICEF)
We hope you've found this information helpful.

Wishing you many Rainy days,
Terri :-} and Stephe ^@@^
